Özet
Postoperative analgesia is an important part of the healing process. Adequate analgesia allows early mobilization, reducing complications such as thromboembolism and allowing patients to start their daily lives. Many pharmacological and nonpharmacological (peripheral nerve blocks and neuraxial blocks) methods are used to provide postoperative analgesia. In this chapter, we aim to discuss the postoperative analgesia methods in general terms. © 2022 by Nova Science Publishers, Inc.
