Özet
This study examined the mechanical properties of components produced by additive manufacturing (AM) using polylactic acid material in connection with drilling procedures. The components were manufactured using two different techniques: one involving integrated holes and the other with holes drilled afterward. Samples with octet truss lattice designs underwent an embedment specimen strength test following their assembly. Following the test, the average maximum compressive stress in the integrated samples was measured at 435.66 N, whereas the drilled samples had a value of 145 N. Cross-sectional images of the internal cavity were obtained prior to and following the embedment specimen strength test to examine lattice structure deformation. The deformation characteristics of the bolt connection segment were examined utilizing the images captured during the embedment specimen strength test.
