Özet
This chapter examines the measurement and assessment of supply chain sustainability performance, emphasizing its growing significance amid legislative mandates, consumer expectations, and ecological concerns. It explores the theoretical and practical aspects of sustainable supply chain management, integrating environmental, social, and economic dimensions. Key frameworks like the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) are discussed, alongside challenges such as data limitations, operational complexity, and business integration. The chapter highlights industry best practices from leaders like Patagonia, Unilever, and Google, emphasizing the importance of leadership, technology, and stakeholder collaboration. Concluding with recommendations for practitioners and policymakers, it advocates for advanced data tools, standardized reporting, and fostering a culture of sustainability.
