Özet
Bu araştırma 2025 yılında Malatya İli Yeşilyurt İlçesine bağlı Topsöğüt Mahallesinde bir çiftçimizin serasında yürütülmüştür. Bu araştırma, sera ortamında yetiştirilen kırmızı pancar bitkilerinde, %20 saf B içeren tarım bor gübresinin bitki verimi ve diğer özellikleri üzerindeki etkilerini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Denemede, üç farklı bor dozu kullanılmıştır: 0.5 kg da-1, 1 kg da-1 ve 1.5 kg da-1uygulamaları ile bir kontrol grubu da dahil edilmiştir. Deneme, tesadüf parselleri desenine göre üç tekerrürlü olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deneme alanına ait toprak örnekleri, arazi çalışmasına başlanmadan önce tekstür, pH, elektriksel iletkenlik (EC), kireç, organik madde, fosfor, potasyum gibi parametreler açısından analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, deneme alanındaki toprak killi tınlı bünyeli, hafif alkalin, tuzsuz ve kireçli yapıya sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca organik madde ve fosfor içeriği düşük, potasyum içeriği yüksek bulunmuştur. Hasat sonrası örnekler üzerinde bitkilerin verim özellikleri arasında yumru yaş ve kuru ağırlığı, çapı, boyu ve bitki özelliklerinden bitki boyu, yaprak sayısı ile yeşil aksam taze ve kuru ağırlıkları değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca besin elementleri analizleri ile bor uygulamalarının besin içeriği üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, 1 kg da-1 seviyesinde uygulanan bor dozunun kırmızı pancar bitkisinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir verim artışı sağladığı tespit edilmiştir.
This research was conducted in 2025 in the greenhouse of a farmer in Topsöğüt Neighborhood, Yeşilyurt District, Malatya Province. The aim of this research is to investigate the effects of agricultural boron fertilizer containing 20% pure B on the yield and other characteristics of red beet plants grown in a greenhouse environment. In the experiment, three different boron doses were used: 0.5 kg da-1, 1 kg da-1, and 1.5 kg da-1, including a control group. The experiment was carried out with three replications according to the randomized plot design. Before starting the field study, soil samples from the experimental area were analyzed in terms parameters evaluated encompassed soil texture, pH, EC, lime presence, organic matter percentage, and nutrient levels of phosphorus and potassium. According to the analysis results, the soil in the experimental area was determined to have a clay loam texture, slightly alkaline, non-saline, and calcareous structure. In addition, the organic matter and phosphorus content were found to be low, while the potassium content was found to be high. After harvest, yield characteristics of the plants were evaluated, including fresh and dry weight, diameter, and length of the tubers, as well as plant traits such as plant height, number of leaves, and fresh and dry weight of the green biomass. Additionally, nutrient element analyses were conducted to examine the effects of boron applications on nutrient content. As a result of the research, it was determined that the boron dose applied at the level of 1 kg da-1 provided a statistically significant yield increase in red beet plants.
